The Italian gothic metal band Lacuna Coil formed in Milan during 1994 to create their distinctive musical style which combines strong guitar work with complex harmonies through the dual vocal performances of Cristina Scabbia and Andrea Ferro. The Las Vegas alternative rock band Escape the Fate performs high-energy live shows which start with intense performances before shifting into different alternative music styles. The Australian-American industrial rock duo VOWWS based in Los Angeles creates musical beauty through their visual presentation, which combines dark elements with their music. The 2018 album Under the World from Their features interesting tracks which push musical limits through their use of electronic elements. The duo connected while pursuing film in Australia and incorporate cinematic elements into their music.
